What this site is

RestaurantFICA is an informational and referral-introduction service. We help restaurant owners learn about the FICA tip credit and, when requested, introduce them to Cooper Square Advisors, the firm that calculates and files the claims. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or accounting advice.

How the service works

• Estimates and calculators on this site are illustrations only — not guarantees of any credit amount.
• If you proceed, claims are calculated and filed by Cooper Square Advisors on a contingency basis: a percentage of the credit secured, with nothing due upfront. Their engagement terms govern that work.
• Using this site does not create a tax-advisor, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with RestaurantFICA.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit false information through its forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestaurantFICA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amounts, if any, you paid us directly.
